You're a proven electrical leader who enjoys coaching people just as much as solving technical problems. You understand that success comes from developing a high-performing team, creating an exceptional customer experience, and delivering quality work safely and efficiently.
We're looking for an Electrical Field Supervisor to lead our growing electrical team in Columbus. In this role, you'll oversee daily field operations, mentor and develop electricians, ensure quality workmanship, and partner with leadership to continue growing one of the area's premier residential electrical service teams.
