The Role

You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions while providing the highest quality client experiences.

Do I Have What it Takes?

• 4+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Plumbing license preferred.
• Valid driver's license to drive company vehicle.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repairs.

What Will I Do?

• Complete assigned service calls or in-shop repairs in a professional manner as directed by the Service Manager.
• Perform plumbing-related tasks when required
• Promote the sale of other products, service, or work with each customer including service agreements.
• Look for and turn in possible job leads to the Sales Department.
• Maintain communication with internal teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Properly complete required paperwork.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
