This role owns the revenue engine of the Columbus residential HVAC business.
You will:
Drive sales performance across the territory—daily, weekly, monthly
Coach and develop your team through ride-alongs, call reviews, and 1:1 performance coaching
Improve close rates, ticket size, and overall sales consistency
Create accountability systems that drive results without killing culture
Partner with marketing and dispatch to maximize lead quality and conversion
Identify gaps, solve problems, and continuously optimize the sales process
Handle escalated customer situations with professionalism and urgency
